About Candidate

Dr. Thet Thet Swe is a highly accomplished lecturer and researcher with a diverse academic background spanning physics and advanced materials. Currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics at the University of Yangon, Myanmar, she brings a wealth of expertise in areas including nanomaterials, biomaterials, ceramics, and composite materials. Dr. Swe's research extends to dynamic fields such as in-vitro cells and bacteria, as well as bone tissue engineering, demonstrating her interdisciplinary approach towards addressing complex scientific challenges. With a track record of supervising several successful Ph.D. and M.Sc. candidates, she is actively contributing to the academic and research landscape both locally and internationally. Dr. Swe's dedication to advancing knowledge is evident through her extensive publication record and participation in prestigious research projects such as the Asia Research Center-University of Yangon Grant.
